AI studio offers AI application building services ("the Services") designed to enable our customers to build, deploy, and manage AI-driven applications to advance their operational capabilities. By accessing and using AI Studio, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("the Agreement").

‍2. Customer Responsibilities: By using AI studio, you affirm your authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization and commit to using AI Studio in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Services are intended for lawful use only.

‍3. Professional Support: AI Studio may offer additional Professional Support services, including training, customization, and technical support, subject to the terms of any applicable supplementary agreement or order form.

‍4. Fees: Fees for accessing and using AI Studio, along with any Professional Support, will be specified in your service agreement or order form. All fees are due as specified and are non-refundable except as may be expressly provided in this Agreement or in the applicable order form.

‍5. Data Rights and Intellectual Property Customer Data: You retain all right, title, and interest in and to the data you or your users provide in the course of using the Services ("Customer Data").

‍6. Limitation of Liability: TrueLaw AI disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of AI Studio, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

‍7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueLaw AI and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against any claim arising from your use of AI Studio, your breach of this Agreement, or your infringement of any law or the rights of a third party.

‍8. General Terms: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and TrueLaw AI regarding your use of AI Studio and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements. The failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
